I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the manner in which you handled my concerns referrably to the damage to my portable oxygen dispensor.
I know that sometimes accidents do happen but your willingness to help resolve this matter was fantastic! It's great to deal with a company that will go the extra mile, something that doesn't happen often enough in this day & age.
